Juristic Adaptation in Paying The Charges Of Digital Payment For Transferring And Returning Personal Loans From One Country to Another

Abstract

The world is now a global village. Therefore, the loan contracts sometimes occur between two persons in the two different countries. But the problem arises when the time comes to take it back, who will pay the charges of digital payment? Therefore, this paper discuses about the place and the time of returning it and then applies the same opinion on the contemporary situation. It gives a comprehensive idea about paying the charges of digital payment from the borrower or lender who live in two different countries.  It also describes that the borrower will pay the charges of digital payment, but there are some places where lender will also pay the charges of digital payment.
