Abstract

In the past, many things were not considered valuable goods, while in the present era, they are included in the category of goods. In fact, in the present era, some things have acquired the status of goods that did not even exist in the past. Such as copyright, trademarks, and commercial licenses, etc., which are collectively referred to as "abstract rights" (intangible rights). This article defines property and clarifies that this definition encompasses various rights. It mentions the types of rights and explains the opinions of scholars regarding their purchase and sale. Rights whose buying and selling have become a custom. According to the most authoritative opinion, it is permissible to buy and sell them, and there are three opinions regarding Zakat on the capital obtained from them. According to the most authoritative opinion, Zakat on such capital is somewhat detailed. In some cases, Zakat is obligatory, while in some cases, Zakat is not obligatory.
