EFL Learners’ Perceptions Regarding Whatsapp use in English Language Learning Proficiency Development at University Level.

The purpose of this study was to highlight views of university level learners regarding the use of WhatsApp for English language learning proficiency development. That is why a descriptive study was conducted among the university level mature learners. Self-developed questionnaire was used for data collection and then the collected data was set, coded and then used SPSS version 24 for its analysis. Different statistics like percentage, mean, standard Deviation, t-test, and one way ANOVA was used for data analysis. Results of the study clearly indicated the positive role of WhatsApp use in English language learning proficiency development at university level.
