The impact of organizational culture particularly leadership behaviors and management styles on outcomes like organizational commitment, employee performance, and job satisfaction has become a central topic in both academic business research and popular business media. The population for the current study was faculty members of Art and science degree and postgraduate colleges in Sialkot, including those from Punjab, the federal government, PAF, and private institutions. A sample of 215 faculty members was selected using the nonprobability convenience sampling technique. The results indicate a positive and significant relationship between participative leadership behavior and organizational commitment. A similar relationship was observed between participative leadership behavior and employee satisfaction. There is a negative association between participative leadership behavior and job performance. Therefore, there is no mediation exists between participative leadership behavior and job performance due to employee satisfaction while employee satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between participative leadership behavior and organizational commitment.
