Abstract
Shams-ur-Rehman Farooqui is a well known short story writer, critic and researcher of current era. He has written several books of different topics. Urdu Classical poetry, his specific field. Mir Taqi Mir and Mirza Ghalib are two great poets of Urdu Poetic History. Farooqui Has a great critical approach towards literature especially in prose. This article throw light on the comparative study of Mir o Ghalib by Shams-ur-Rehman Farooqui.
