Abstract
The article under review focuses upon the quality of research being conducted by different universities. The significance of research along with the role of universities has also been highlighted. It encompasses not only the problems faced by the scholars but also indicates the requirement of raising the quality of research according to the international standards. It will help in establishing those facts which were excavated through the mutual efforts of the supervisor and the scholar. Its outcome will be beneficial not only for Urdu literature but also for the social reforms.
