Abstract
Era of Mir, is a time of unrest and anxiety. Mir saw that nothing in the world was stable. He accepted the effects of the circumstances of his time to such an extent that he changed the mood of ghazal. He coined new symbols in the face of events and catastrophes of his time. Mir expressed the grief of the decline of his era in the form of his own style which has made his poetry everlasting. This article gives a brief overview on Mir and his era
