Abstract
Naat is a specific gener of poetry and aims at the praise of Holy Prophet (PBUH). A No. of poets have been writing Naats from beginning of Urdu poetry. In the modern era, among other poets of Naat, Rafi ud Din Zaki has gained distinct position. In this artical his life and work is described.
