Abstract
Dr. Muhammad Khan Ashraf is well reputed as a very important researcher, poet and critic of Urdu Literature. His criticism is fundamentally concerned with romanticism, sociological and social matters. He puts a critic eye on social life of the ancient and modern era. He introduced impartiality and originality with a daring expression in Urdu criticism. He stresses on contextual realities in his criticism. The purpose of this article is to highlight the impartialism, modern trends and different angles of the criticism of Dr. Muhammad Khan Ashraf.
