Abstract
Firaq Gorakhpuri is a wellknown Urdu Poet and Critic. His poetry is full of aesthatic and romantic subjects. Firaq's ghazal is the voice of his age full of pathos and deep thought. There are diversity in his poetry. One of the most prominant aspect of his poetry is erotic feelings. His poetry reminds us the great and subtle style of Mir and Momin. This article guides us to recognise and understand the different aspects of his poetry.
