Abstract
Sufism relates with the Truth and the meaning of Sufism is the selfless experiencing and actualization of the Truth. The practice of Sufism is the intention to go towards the Truth, by means of love and devotion. ٰIqbal says that the sufi is one who is a lover of Truth and by means of love and devotion moves towards the Truth, towards the perfection which all are truly seeking.This article is about Iqbal's concept of sufism. Allama Iqbal was basically a Sufi and Qalandar and had a great concern with sufism.His interest with sufism was inherited and he had great respect and regards for sufis.Iqbal was strongly in the favour of sufism which develops concept of "Khudi" in human beings and forces them for struggle to get their goals.This article discuss different aspects of sufism in the eye of Iqbal.
