Abstract
Daagh Dehlvi is a very important literary figure of colonial period of sub-continent. He was literary monitor of Allama Iqbal.He was much impressed by him and wrote many ghazals in style of Dagh which are part of his poetic enthologies.
When we go through the literary analysis of his Poetry and narrative about his personality and creative work expressed by enterpreters of Iqbal, we are confronted with the funny expect of his poetic entrepreneurship.If we consider his poetical creations we can find such political, social and psychological problems in form of similes and metaphors that were top reality of his poetical enterprise.
