Abstract
Literature is one of the basic elements of human life. It has been very influential on the living standards, political, socio political, economic and religion values of mankind. This article, presents an analytical view on the role of Urdu literature in freedom movement and its influences on the freedom movement of Pakistan. It also urges to its readers to think seriously on the requirements to sustain freedom.
