Abstract

Education has a prominent place in the religion of Islam. The first revelation that has been revealed on this day contains clear precepts of the virtue of knowledge, in which the primary purpose of education is the attainment of the worship and cognition of Allah Almighty. If humanity does not have humanity then it will be called animal. If knowledge is without essence, it cannot achieve its goals. Education is given great importance in an islamic State. Before his departure to Madina Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) sent Hazrat Musab bin Umair(RA) as a teacher. Suffa Chabutra was built to teach non-native students near Masjad Nabwi. This is known as the first University of Islam. There was no practice of writing in Arabia, Hazrat Abdullah bin Saeed and Hazrat Ibadah bin Samat was appointed to teach in the mosque Nabawi. The Companions were taught and encouraged in different languages, and arts education was deemed necessary for every young man. Women used to arrange medical treatment with domestic responsibilities, even when a companion had set up a tent in the mosque where the wounded were pierced.
