Ḥalf al-Fazool First Prophetic Effort For Islamic Welfare State

Abstract

The Holy Prophet a made several treaties to create a Peaceful state and good neighborly relations with neighboring tribes and Counteries of the Islamic State. He also held peace treaties, which are beneficial to the Muslims in particular and humanity in general. These treaties are effective means of ensuring peace and security and to strengthen the provision of human rights.The first one in which he participated was Half-al-Fazul. It's objective was to maintain peace, suppressing violence, injustice, upholding the rights of the weak and poor.This alliance was called al_Fazul because it was made for a noble cause: the name suggests maintaining honour.The Hashimites under the leadership of Zubair bin Abdul Muttalib along with some other tribes assembled in the house of a noble Quraish, Abdullah bin Judan and pledged to stand on the side of the oppressed, whether stranger or citizen, against the oppressor and to remove injustice from the land. Hazrat Muhammad a was among those who attended the meeting and was so impressed by its noble objectives that he remained loyal to it. Later on, he said; 'I was present in the house of Abdullah bin Judan at so excellent a pact that I would not exchange my part in it for a herd of red, camels; and if now in Islam.This study is to highlight the humanitarian dimensions of the treaties of the Prophet to be an invitation aimed at consolidating human values and lay theories of tolerance for coexistence cream among the various nations of the contemporary world, cutting the road on the theories of clash between civilizations to disrupt the harmony and world peace.
