Rights of non-Muslim minorities under the Islamic welfare state

Abstract

Two decades or more ago, the situation of minorities began to take shape, and word “minorities” began to be defined as terminology, their goals that the authors of this term sought to promote in the world. Minority and the problems, it raises in some countries under the pretext of preserving the rights of minorities from the concept of human rights as a pretext to pressure the governments of concerned countries and interfere in their internal affairs to achieve the major strategic interests of those minorities. How did the Sharia of Islam in general and the Prophet's biography in particular deal with the issue of minorities?. This is what this proposed research will offer him, and it is expected that the research will cover the most important rights of non-Muslim minorities under the Islamic welfare state.
