The Love of Ali (R.A) in The Light of Mirza Asadullah Ghalib

Abstract

Mirza Ghalib is a famous and great poet of Urdu language. He was
born in 1797 in Agra (Dehli). He made a valuable contribution to urdu
literature. He has all qualities to express inner feelings in verse as he
explained love, sorrow and unreciprocated emotions like no one else did. He
is not only an Urdu poet but also a renowned Persian poet. Mirza Ghalib has
versatility in his poetry. Usually it is misunderstood that he was a poet of
vine and love but the reality is different from this kind of understanding. This
article describes and reveals this fact that Mirza Ghalib has great and deepest
love for Ali (R.A). He expresses his love for Imam Hassan and Imam
Hussain (R.A). For his contributions in Urdu Literature and versatility he is
living in the heart of people till now.
