Role of Prophet’s (PBUH) Treaties in Promoting Peaceful co Existence

Abstract
: Islam is a religion of peace and security. Security is mentioned in the literal sense of the word Islam itself. Teachings of the Quran and the practices of the Holy Prophet ﷺ is spreading the message of peace. Peace stems from the principle of coexistence. The atmosphere of peaceful coexistence is created when people understand and acknowledge the intellectual, cultural and material differences of others and take practical steps that are closer to the human nature and principles of coexistence and peace. Islam is the truth and the teachings of Quran and Sunnah is its way. Allah requires his message to be spread all over the world. The dialogue in the best way is the style of Quran to invite people towards Allah. Conversation in the best way is that thing which reduces tension and distance in hearts. The reason is that the advice is for its proponents and the dialogue is for opponents. The opponents could also be molded to be proponents by the dialogue.
Islam encourages national and international relations under the principles of law and morality. Islam introduced the principle of bilateral agreements and their restrictions. To avoid unnecessary details, this paper is based on the key points and analysis of the agreements of the Holy Prophet ﷺ between the period of Migration of Madina and Hudaibia treaty. We discussed only Midina Treaty and agreements with tribes around Madina. This is an attempt to clear the importance of interfaith dialogue in the modern era.
