The Position of Love Marriage in Islamic Shariah Analysis in Context of Hanafi School of Thought

Abstract

Allah has created human beings and made their couple. Men and women are dress to each other and get contentment in their whole life. In fact, this relation is based on liking and disliking but in our society, people have this authority to accept or reject it. If anybody wants to engage his/her self in this long term relation (Marriage) according to his/her will, then society sees them with non-accepting and vulgar eyes. It happened just only because all this is due to less knowledge about the teaching of Islam. Now its compulsory, we should highlight all the contemporary issues like " love marriage " under the light of the Quran and the Sunnah for the strong society.
