Ethics of Difference in Opinion Limitations and Scope

Abstract

Abstrat: This paper is on the topic “Ethics for Difference in Opinion in Islamic Jurisprudence: Limitation and Scope” which is an important topic in the current discussions and debates. There are many differences amongst the Muslim Scholars which sometimes cause the huge conflicts among the Muslims. This study is a review on ethics, limits and scope of difference in opinion which is a natural component of the human society. First of all the meaning of difference and its nature in Islam has been elaborated in this paper to find its real and legal status in Shariah. Ethical norms in difference of inter religion and intra religion have also been discussed to learn that how Islam wants a muslim to differ in his opinion with others.
