Abstract

Islam is the religion of peace. It dislikes chaos and disorder and adopts many measures to establish peace. It checks every way leading to chaos and restlessness. According to Islamic Sharia revolt and disorder are greater crimes than assassination. That is why Islamic sharia has fixed positive measures for such crimes. These crimes give birth to other crimes which are the cause of disorder and chaos not only for societies but also for states and countries.

If these crimes are not noticed minutely they take hold of the whole society. As a result basic rights of people are suspended, faith, life, wealth and honor of no person are secured; robbery, theft and disgracing others make their way in the society. As a result the peace of the society and of the state is deteriorated. These crimes not only give birth to social disorder but also to economic regression and political upheaval in the country. Nothing like peace and order is seen in the state and society.
