Anaylsis of Seerah Events in Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim’s Commentary by Allama Saeedi

Abstract

Islam is complete code of life. Allah Almighty has given divine guidance to man through His prophets. Last prophet of Allah (SWT) has given us the guidance to lead our life in good manner. The teachings of the Holy Prophet (SAW) were transferred to us in the shape of ahadith (plural of hadith). Mohadthine preserved this legacy in shape of books of hadith. Imam Muslim is one the scholars who served in this field and compiled Sahih Muslim. This book has been explained in different languages and styles. Allamah Ghulam Rasool Saeedi has written its explanation in the name of Sharah Sahi Muslim. The article addresses matters which Allamah Saedi has derived and explained with the references of authentic scholars of Islamic jurisprudence. It has been observed and noticed that when  Allamah Saeedi is agree with the point view he narrates the text of the other scholars without any commentary and if he has different point of  view he gives his explanatory notes and prefers it with arguments. This explanation has been written in jurisprudential perspective so most of the matters are related to the problems of the people.
