Abstract

Qiyas is another methodology in subtracting a law, but there are certain conditions that must be followed before Qiyas can be esteemed as analytical this article tries to substantiate the man concept of Qiyas. It contains a definition of Qiyas and the conditions of its validity. Its look at the conditions relating ‘Asl, Hukm and Fara. This study also looks at the concept of Qiyas and how it can be applied in the finance word with the introduction of Islamic finance. Innovative opinion and ideas are presented in this article on how both Islamic finance and Qiyas can be related.
