Abstract

First International Conference on Peace and Harmony was held on 18-20 December 2017 at Allama Iqbal Auditorium Lahore Garrison University under the arrangements of Isllamic Studies Department. Introductory Session (1st Day) was held Under the chair of Maj. Gen. (Rtd) Obaid bin Zakria, the Vice Chancellor Lahore Garrison University. The Chief guest of the opening ceremony was EX- Governor of Punjab Lt. General Khalid Maqbool (R) Hilal-e-Imtiaz.  Host of the event Chairman Department of Islamic studies Saeed Ahmad Saeedi was the moderator of the event. Anchor person Ms. Samreen  Session started with the recitation of Holy Quran by a Phd Scholar Ghulam Murtaza. This event was held with cooperation of Higher education Commission, Pakistan.
