REASONS OF TAKING SHELTER BY WOMEN IN DĀR-UL-AMĀN AND REMEDIAL MEASURES: AN ANALYSIS IN ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE

Abstract

Man and woman have been created for the satisfaction of each other. Rights and responsibilities assigned by Islamic laws guarantee peace and tranquility of domestic and social life, but unfortunately in our society, women are kept deprived of their basic rights, due to which women are facing different kind of domestic and social problems. The government is providing opportunities that would enable women to achieve their domestic, social, economic, educational and political rights. Shelter homes for women have been provided by the government to the women who have been deprived of others’ help. The main purpose of shelter homes is to give safe haven for the women who leave their homes for some reason. In this article, the reasons that impose women to take shelter at “Dār-ul-Amān” with remedial measures have been analyzes in Islamic perspective. After reading this research article, we will be able to know: Main reasons for taking shelter at “Dār-ul-Amān” and Remedial measures for sending women to “Dār-ul-Amān” in Islamic perspective.
